Bu Kullanım Koşulları, plateby.app üzerinden sunulan Plateby hizmetini ("Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmeti kullanmaya başlayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmetin Tanımı

Plateby; haftalık yemek planlaması, alışveriş listesi oluşturma, besin değeri takibi ve hane paylaşımı işlevlerini sunan web ve mobil tabanlı bir uygulamadır. Hizmet, yapay zeka destekli plan oluşturma ve tarif havuzu özelliklerini de kapsar.

2. Hesap Oluşturma ve Güvenlik

Plateby'yi kullanabilmek için geçerli bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir.
Hesap güvenliğinizden siz sorumlusunuzdur. Şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmayın.
Hesabınızda gerçekleşen yetkisiz erişimleri derhal [email protected] adresine bildirmeniz gerekmektedir.
Hesabı başkası adına oluşturuyorsanız, bu kişi adına koşulları kabul etme yetkisine sahip olduğunuzu beyan etmiş sayılırsınız.

3. Kullanım Kuralları

Hizmeti kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmayı kabul etmezsiniz:

Yasadışı, yanıltıcı veya zararlı içerik oluşturmak ya da paylaşmak
Hizmetin altyapısına zarar vermek, aşırı yük bindirmek veya yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
Başka kullanıcıların hesaplarına izinsiz erişmek
Hizmeti otomatik araçlarla (bot, scraper vb.) sistematik biçimde veri çekmek için kullanmak
Hizmetin kaynak kodunu tersine mühendislik yöntemiyle çözümlemeye çalışmak
Ticari amaçla yeniden satış veya lisanslama

4. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Plateby'ye yüklediğiniz içerikler (tarifler, görseller, notlar) size aittir. Bu içerikleri yükleyerek, Plateby'ye söz konusu içerikleri hizmetin sunulması amacıyla depolamak, işlemek ve görüntülemek için gereken sınırlı lisansı vermiş olursunuz.

Yüklediğiniz içeriğin:

Size ait veya kullanım hakkına sahip olduğunuz içerik olduğunu,
Üçüncü tarafların fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmediğini,
Yasalara uygun olduğunu beyan edersiniz.

5. Kendi Anahtarını Getir (BYO) Özelliği

Plateby, kendi yapay zeka sağlayıcı API anahtarınızı kullanmanıza olanak tanır. Bu özelliği kullanırsanız:

İlgili AI sağlayıcısının kullanım koşullarına uymak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
API anahtarınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuzdur; Plateby anahtarınızı şifreli olarak saklar ancak kötüye kullanımdan doğan masrafları karşılamaz.
AI sağlayıcısından kaynaklanabilecek ek ücretler size aittir.

6. Hizmetin Kullanılabilirliği

Plateby, hizmeti "olduğu gibi" sunar. Bakım, güncelleme veya öngörülemeyen teknik sorunlar nedeniyle hizmette kesintiler yaşanabilir. Önemli planlanmış bakımlar önceden duyurulmaya çalışılır; ancak anlık kesintiler için garanti verilemez.

7. Ücretlendirme

Plateby şu an ücretsiz olarak sunulmaktadır. Gelecekte ücretli planlar eklenirse, bu değişiklikler en az 30 gün önceden kullanıcılara bildirilecek; mevcut kullanıcılara geçiş süresi tanınacaktır.

8. Fikri Mülkiyet

Plateby uygulamasının yazılım kodu, arayüz tasarımı, marka adı ve logosu Plateby'ye aittir. Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikler (tarifler, notlar) üzerindeki haklar kullanıcıya aittir.

9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Plateby, yemek planlama ve besin değeri bilgilerini bilgilendirme amacıyla sunar. Bu bilgiler tıbbi tavsiye niteliği taşımaz ve sağlık kararlarınızda tek başına esas alınamaz.

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Plateby, aşağıdaki durumlardan kaynaklanan dolaylı, tesadüfi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz:

Hizmetin kullanılamaması veya kesintiye uğraması
Kullanıcı verilerinin kaybolması (ancak makul yedekleme önlemleri alınmaktadır)
Uygulama tarafından sağlanan besin değeri bilgilerinin hatalı olması
Üçüncü taraf AI sağlayıcılarının önerilerinden kaynaklanan sonuçlar

10. Hesap Feshi

Kullanıcı, Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil menüsü üzerinden hesabını istediği zaman silebilir. Plateby, bu Koşulları ağır biçimde ihlal eden, hizmete zarar veren veya yasadışı faaliyet yürüten kullanıcıların hesaplarını önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alabilir ya da silebilir.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Taraflar arasında doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

12. Koşul Değişiklikleri

Bu koşullarda yapılacak önemli değişiklikler en az 14 gün önceden uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile duyurulacaktır. Değişikliklerin yürürlüğe girmesinden sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Plateby service ("Service") provided at plateby.app. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

Plateby is a web and mobile application that provides weekly meal planning, shopping list generation, nutrition tracking, and household sharing features. The Service also includes AI-assisted plan generation and a shared recipe pool.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must create a valid account to use Plateby.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
If you create an account on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

Create or share unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
Damage the infrastructure of the Service, place it under excessive load, or attempt unauthorised access
Access other users' accounts without authorisation
Systematically scrape data from the Service using automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Attempt to reverse-engineer the source code of the Service
Resell or sublicence the Service for commercial purposes

4. User Content

Content you upload to Plateby (recipes, images, notes) remains yours. By uploading such content, you grant Plateby a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that uploaded content:

Belongs to you or you have the right to use it,
Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party,
Complies with applicable law.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYO) Feature

Plateby allows you to use your own AI provider API keys. If you use this feature:

It is your responsibility to comply with the terms of service of the relevant AI provider.
You are responsible for the security of your API key. Plateby stores it encrypted but does not cover costs arising from misuse.
Any additional charges from the AI provider are your responsibility.

6. Service Availability

Plateby provides the Service on an "as-is" basis. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Significant planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible; however, no guarantee can be made against unexpected downtime.

7. Pricing

Plateby is currently offered free of charge. Should paid plans be introduced in the future, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and existing users will be given a transition period.

8. Intellectual Property

The software code, interface design, brand name, and logo of Plateby belong to Plateby. Rights over user-generated content (recipes, notes) belong to the respective users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plateby provides meal planning and nutritional information for informational purposes only. This information does not constitute medical advice and must not be relied upon solely for health decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plateby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Unavailability or interruption of the Service
Loss of user data (reasonable backup measures are in place)
Inaccuracies in nutritional information provided by the application
Outcomes resulting from suggestions made by third-party AI providers

10. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. Plateby may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice in cases of serious breach of these Terms, harm to the Service, or unlawful activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

Material changes to these Terms will be announced at least 14 days in advance via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
